A little over two years ago we received our first and only Civic SI Mugen. This was a rare vehicle and only 1000 were produced. All of them were Blue, stickered for about $30,100.00 and came equipped with the same equipment. The success of the Mugen Civic Si let’s say was not very high. In fact it was the opposite of successful. Its nonsuccess had nothing to do with appearances but on the hefty price tag of 30k. The vehicle looked great and it seemed every guy under 30 was interested in it but could not go for the $600.00 monthly payments. Yet the 2008 Mugen is ridiculously popular in the used car world and sought after by many Honda enthusiast.
Looking at the Euro version of the Mugen I questioned whether this 2010 Mugen will be a success, which I think will be helped by its low production since they are only producing 200 or if its price tag will be on the high side and will be plagued to be highly successful only in the used car world . Personally I like the U.S. Version better and think it looks a whole lot sportier.. What do you think?
